They had the original idea, Defund the police shirt and the work that I did was really just helping to flesh it out and think about the different possibilities of what how we might tell this story that celebrates the aesthetics of horror through food. I founded and edit a website called Mold, which is about design and the future of food, and over the last couple of years, we’ve had a great relationship with a lot of different artists who are working with food as a medium for telling stories. I already had a relationship with a lot of the artists, but it was a little bit of a dive to find the people who are making the most visually arresting work that concerns food.
