When will my order ship?
All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 12-96 business hour period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can’t guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee an exact ship date or a specific shipping time.
Note: during back-to-school and holidays, this prodcution time may take longer
You can select different shipping options and speeds by choosing the type of service that meets your needs. Each shipping option has a range of times. These ranges are set by the carriers and may vary.
- Economy 2 to 8+ days transit time. Delivery Monday through Saturday
- Ground Within 3 to 4 business days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
- 2 Day Within 2 business days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
- Overnight 1 business day transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday.
Please note that changing your shipping option to a different or faster method will not change the production time. As an example, if you select Overnight, you will not receive your gear the next day. Your customization will still take 2 to 5 business days. Once your customization is complete, your order will ship and you will receive it on the next business day following the shipping date.
Also, when you select Overnight, 2-Day or Ground, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the requested time frame.
How does your shipping work?
Domestic: We ship all of our orders through UPS & USPS. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
Shipping destinations and shipping fees
The package will be delivered after fulfillment (1-5 business days), if anything else is not announced. Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.

2 Day (After Fulfillment) : $22 +2 per additional item
Standard Overnight (After Fulfillment) : $29 +3 per additional item

International taxes and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
