I Love Lucy - 70th Anniversary 1951 2021O Of The I Love Lucy Signatures Thank You For The Memories Shirt is an American TV sitcom that originally aired on CBS from October 15, 1951 to May 6, 1957, with the number 180 half-time spanning six seasons (including pilot origin "lost" and Christmas episode). The show stars Lucille Ball, her real-life husband Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance, and William Frawley. It follows the life of Lucy Ricardo (Ball), a young middle-class housewife in New York City who plans to make an appearance with her best friends Ethel and Fred Mertz (Vance and Frawley). with her husband Ricky Ricardo (Arnaz) tape in his nightclub, either try out multiple plans to mingle, or become part of a business program. After the series ended in 1957, a revised version continued to add three parts with an exceptionally long 13-part period; it ran from 1957 to 1960. It was first called The Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Show and then re-played as The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour.
