I wouldn’t mind, if they observed the If only sass burned calories shirt, but too may times you see bikes skipping red lights or rising up on pavements behind pedestrians without due care and attention, and just to get through a junction a little faster. There are plenty of people who could cycle, including kids going to and from school, but don’t because it isn’t safe on the roads.
